The method of making Maggi is different
Lavkush Yadav, who has set up a Maggi shop at Aral Ghat, says that he has been setting up a Maggi shop here for the last 5 years. Talking to the locals, he said that the Maggi made here is without spices, which is prepared without oil. To make it, first the water is heated. After adding a little onion and tomato in it, Maggi is dipped in it. As soon as the Maggi starts cooking, Maggi masala is added on top and it is kept on low flame for 5 minutes. In this way, this Maggi is prepared.
This has become a hub for Maggi lovers
There is a crowd of Maggi lovers at Aral Ghat throughout the day. There is no shop where Maggi is not being cooked and there are no people to eat it. This continues till 9:00 pm at night. Luv Kush tells that the devotees who come from Madhya Pradesh to take bath at Sangam also come to Arel Ghat to eat Maggi. Here plain Maggi is available for ₹30 and veg Maggi for ₹50. Most people like to have plain Maggi and tea with it.
